Our chief goal is to bring you the most fabulous Bubbles on Earth at the best prices on the internet, and to do so, we have to work around the summer heat. Heat is wine's worst enemy, and we want to ensure the integrity of your Bubbles at every time of year.
Our Summer Shipping Season typically runs from May to October. During this time of year, you can choose to Hold all of your Last Bubbles orders in our temp-controlled warehouse until the weather permits safe Bubbles shipping. During the Summer Shipping Season, all Holds are free of charge. You can elect to hold your wines in our warehouse until a specific date by adding it into your order notes at checkout. Or, you can store your wines with us until the weather has cooled. You can reach out to us at cheers@lastbubbles.com to change the status of your delivery at any time. We will always email you in advance of your wine departing the warehouse.

Choosing the Hold option during the summer months is always your best bet. This is for your benefit and the integrity of your wine! Heat is wine's worst enemy. The Hold option will keep your wine in our temp-controlled warehouse until the weather cools (typically our heat hold runs from May to October). We will email you in advance of your wine departing the warehouse.
But if you need that bottle now (trust me, we understand), your next best option is to utilize an ice pack. You'll see this an an option for most states in the checkout. Keep in mind, inclement weather can cause popped corks, leakage, and major damage to the wine itself. Fully frozen ice pack will give out within a couple of days of transit in high temps, so keep that in mind when choosing your shipping/hold method on the checkout page. We have a variety of additional expedited shipping options as well; please note that these will have a higher shipping rate.
Extreme Weather During extreme weather your package may have a longer shipping time, and we may hold back shipments to states experiencing extreme weather in order to proactively protect your purchase.
Summer 2024 Heat Alert: As temperatures climb across the country, we are actively monitoring conditions to ensure your wine arrives in excellent condition. We will temporarily pause shipping to states when we believe temperatures will cause spoilage.
We encourage you to take advantage of our free summer Weather Hold, expedited delivery options, and ice-packs. Weather Holds begin shipping in early Fall; we will contact you prior to dispatching your package (you may also request a specific shipping date by using the special instruction box at checkout).
Please note that our shipping insurance does not cover temperature-related spoilage, and heat-damaged wines are not eligible for refund or store-credit.
