Certain states require we use a third-party shipping service, and we may also use this method for summer shipping. If your state is sent via Regional Hub Shipping, your wines can only be dispatched on Thursdays, which may lengthen your shipping time. Your Regional Hub order will be shipped on the Thursday following your order date.
Tracking is uploaded to your account the following Monday, but does not show any activity until scanned at your state’s area hub. Once scanned, your tracking link will start to show activity and provide you with an accurate ETA. Delivery is then made within a day or two (occasionally three) depending on your distance from the area hub. Again, no tracking email is available at this time for third party shipments. You’ll want to reference your ‘order history’ to find tracking.
Regional Hub orders are shipped in temperature controlled trucks, and remain temp-controlled until they depart your state's area hub. Because transportation from area hubs are not temperature controlled, we recommend adding an ice pack to all orders shipped with Regional Hub Shipping during the summer months.
